Genomic Biomarkers

This session explores the use of genetic information and epigenetic changes to identify biomarkers associated with diseases and treatment responses. Researchers may submit abstracts covering genetic mutations, gene expression, DNA methylation, histone modifications, and other molecular changes associated with disease development. Relevant fields include genomics, epigenomics, molecular genetics, cancer genetics, inherited disorders, and precision medicine. Studies investigating genetic susceptibility, disease progression, hereditary conditions, and treatment-related genetic variations are welcome. Research involving genome-wide association studies, gene sequencing, and molecular profiling is also relevant. Contributions may focus on discovering novel genomic markers, validating genetic tests, or applying genomic information to clinical decision-making. The session aims to highlight advances in genomic research that support early diagnosis, disease risk assessment, and individualized treatment strategies.
