Multi-Omics Research

This session examines the integration of multiple biological datasets to understand disease mechanisms and discover more informative biomarkers. Researchers are invited to submit abstracts combining genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics, epigenomics, or other omics approaches. Relevant fields include systems biology, bioinformatics, computational biology, molecular medicine, and precision healthcare. Suitable topics include integrated molecular profiling, cross-omics data analysis, biological network modelling, disease signatures, and multi-omics-based patient classification. Studies exploring relationships between genes, proteins, metabolites, and clinical outcomes are welcome. Research addressing data integration methods, computational challenges, and validation of multi-omics biomarkers is also relevant. Contributions may demonstrate how combining different biological measurements provides insights that individual datasets cannot fully capture, supporting improved disease understanding, diagnosis, prognosis, and personalized treatment.
